Atlanta laughed and nodded. "I should be Dorothy." She agreed. As a kid, girls often dressed up as Dorothy for that very reason, but not Atlanta. Her dad thought the wizard of oz was religious treason or something and had forbidden it. Needles to say, soon after she ran away she watched it. It had been a trippy mess, but at least she knew it. The pigtails made her chuckle. She hadn't worn her hair in pigtails or twin braid since she was home.
She just shook head at his assertion of intelligence, he was one of the dumbest smart people she knew, but it was endearing, and at least he was smart enough to keep up--generally. "Well, you can be my favorite idiot." Atlanta assured him.
Ethan's list did sound relaxing, but one thing caught her attention. "I could totally use a face mask," She said giving him a push. "Go get them." Generally, her skin didn't need much help-- again a power flaw? but it was still prone to issues and something felt good about pampering yourself.

“Can I make you that costume?” he asked excitedly. When he said make, what he really meant was 'buy'. It wasn't like he was great at sewing. He could barely repair his trousers. He chuckled at the mental image of her in the Dorothy dress. “You'd be cute” he laughed. Atlanta didn't often do 'cute'. He wasn't sure she ever went for the whole cute image. She leaked sex appeal. When he had first met her, he had been a little confused. She had grabbed his attention in a way that was very new for him. But soon he realised that he was indeed fully gay.
He grinned and flopped around on the sofa “Yay!” he exclaimed laughing still. “I like being your favourite anything” he added after a moment. He made himself comfy on the sofa again, and was about to lean back into a hug, when she nudged him off. He forced himself to stand and looked slightly reluctantly towards the stairs then back at the sofa.
“I don't want to go up the stairs” he mumbled defiantly, before grudgingly trotting off to get the face masks. Ethan did love a good facemask. They were pretty good for the skin, and generally he needed to work at keeping his skin clear. He had gone through a huge breakout phase in high school – not pretty.

"Make?" Atlanta repeated with her eyebrows raised. "Honey, you may be gay, but you can't sew." She teased him lightly. "But you are welcome to buy me one." She added. He could have input, it didn't matter to her, but if she knew one thing, it was that he couldn't make her a dress. Not really.
Atlanta chuckled and shook her head. Ethan would say that. She just chuckled at him. He really was thick, but it made life easy and light when she was with him. Atlanta laughed at his whining. "Gooooooo," She teased.
She adjusted her seat on the couch as she waited for him to come back with the face masks. Nothing like good pampering. Maybe she would do her nails later... The disc ended and she switched it out for the next one. Atlanta plopped back down on the couch and curled herself up, wondering what it would be like to just wake up with a friend one day, someone to love her, someone to wake up to.
