This is, of course, my attempt to convince anyone and everyone to plot with Chloe before I end up harassing the same lovely people that I usually call to my aid... 
That ^^ is Chloe Cain. She's 24, and will be 25 shortly. She's a bartender at the only bar in town and is able to feel and project emotions, which makes things a little hectic sometimes. Her brother just got out of jail and has come back to live with her again... You can check out her app here.
In short, she needs everything. Her brother is basically her best friend, but he's been away for five years, so she needs some other friends since she's bound to have made them. Enemies probably aren't terribly common. She's fairly easygoing and wouldn't be tough to get along with. She spent a good portion of her formidable years around guys, so she generally gets along with guys a little better just because she understands them. And, of course, love interests! At this point, she is completely opposed to marriage because she doesn't want to be stuck with one person for the rest of her life. She's got a short attention span. She's okay with flings, but usually tries to avoid entering into friends with benefits relationships because it confuses her. I do have the urge to make an adorable plot that jumped into my head while listening to the new All Time Low cd, so if you're interested, pm me!
